Awning recovers are a pretty straight forward process. We take off the old cover, create a new one and install it back onto your existing frame in whatever mounting method it was originally intended to be installed. However, the most important part of the process that is typically neglected by many contractors is the need for permitting.
According to many counties, an awning recover or repairing of an awning requires permitting depending on the jurisdiction you are in. The counties require you to pull a permit and submit a certificate of fire retardancy for most awning recover permits.
Residential tends to be the exception in most cases to that rule. However, commercial properties do require awning recovers to be permitted and we can take care of that process for you.
